What is the order minimum for Home Delivery accounts?adminThe order minimum for Home Delivery accounts is $75.00.
What is the cut-off time for placing an order for next-day delivery?adminAll orders must be submitted by 12:00 AM for delivery on the following day.
What days do you deliver?adminAll our home deliveries are made Monday-Saturday between the hours 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Can I request a 2-hour delivery window?adminCurrently, we can not accommodate this but try our best to deliver as early and quickly as possible.
Is there a delivery fee?adminAt this time, there is no additional charge for delivery.
When will my order be delivered?adminYou can expect your order to be delivered the next day or on the desired delivery date chosen.

Will I be notified if a product is short prior to delivery?adminRiviera is committed to supplying all ordered items. In the event an item is unavailable for delivery, it will not be replaced and unfortunately will not be notified of the shortage. You can call us for a replacement or a refund will be issued.

In the event that a delivery falls short of expectations due to poor quality, damaged item, short item, wrong item, or incorrect price please follow up with our customer service team within 24 hours.
